Sensor:
Device that detects and response to some input from physical world such as light,heat,moisture,pressure and used switch voltage and current.
Classified :
1)analog sensor eg temperature,
2)digital sensor  eg infrared sensor


-IR(or laser and photodiode) sensor would we used to measure speed of vehicle which would be moving very fast . (Rotory encoder)

To know the surrounding sound of environment.(noise pollution)

-not very sensitive as we need to move certain distance to get reasonable change in data

8]PIR SERSOR
For motion detection.Hence can be used for security.Not critical but sensitive. We need to measure change in IR.

navigation in open space

10]ACCELEROMETER/GYROSCOPE
-very sensitive data to know tilt/orientation of device

11]ULTRASONICS SENSOR:
-sensitive data to know object detection
